Theatre Reviews - "The Vice"

  The Vice

Storyline

Andrew Tiernan conceived the idea for this production, and also wrote, directed, produced and starred in it. The program stated:

"The Vice is the result of improvisation sessions by six members of the Birmingham Youth Theatre, following the production of (the play) The Walking Class in January 1984. The Vice was based on an idea by BYT member Andy Tiernan which tries to show some of the different styles adopted by 'the youth of today'. There is no dialogue - the differences are displayed in movements, attitudes, dance, fashion and music and the influences that shape them."
