Storyline

Captain Martin Stone heads a combat platoon of US and Finnish soldiers through a forest in Russia in 1942. After a bloody skirmish with the enemy things become bizzarre when it seems that the soldiers they had just killed reappear.

This action/horror/war thriller stars Andrew Tiernan as Captain Stone, Mikko Leppilampi as Lt. Laakso, Samuli Vauramo as Koyla, Jouko Ahola (Kingdom Of Heaven) as Captain Niemi and Mark Wingett (Quadrophenia/The Bill) as Selzman. Filmed in Lithuania and directed by Marko Makilaakso from Finland, it is due to be released this year. It premiered at Cannes earlier in the year. The soundtrack is by Joel Goldsmith (S/G1) and the film's alternative title in Finland is: "War Of The Dead". There is also an animation based on the movie in the works; to be published by Stan Lee the creator of the Marvel comics series.
